Catalogue Pricing on Sales Orders


Catalogue Prices via a Keycode

Users can set up a Keycode that will automatically use the prices in the catalogue that it specifies. The procedure for creating Keycodes is described in How To: Create a Basic Keycode. The procedure for adding a Keycode to a Sales Order is described in How To: Enter a Keycode against a Sales Order.

Catalogue prices via the Catalogue Stock Look Up screen

Users can view catalogue products and prices via the Catalogue Stock Look Up in the Sales Order Screen. This lookup will display all products from all catalogues or filters can be used to display products from a single catalogue.

All items in all catalogues

Create a New Sales order and click on the BtnCatStockLookup.jpg in the Stock Lookup dialog box. Products from ALL catalogues will be displayed in the Lookup. Users can type directly into the Stock Code column to search for catalogue items.

Stock items from a specific catalogue

Create a New Sales order and click on the BtnCatStockLookup.jpg in the Stock Lookup dialog box. The available catalogues are displayed in the Catalogue drop-down list. Users can select a specific catalogue by double-clicking on the catalogue they require, this should automatically set BtnTrafficOff.jpg to BtnTrafficOn.jpg to activate the filter. The products and prices for the single catalogue selected will then be displayed. Users can type directly into the Stock Code column to search for catalogue items.


The Catalogue Stock Lookup can be made the default search by ticking the [ Edit System Values | Sales | Order Display - Sales Order looks up catalogues ] option
