IOSS DPD (myDPD, DPD Ship@Ease Neo)

Overview

New functionality has been added for the DPD Ship@Ease Neo courier to allow for IOSS.

Configuration

When the IOSS functionality is enabled for the DPD Ship@Ease Neo courier within Khaos Control, two additional fields need to be added to the 'Shipment' File Definition within the customer's MyDPD application:

  • Exporter Destination Tax ID/Reg No
  • GST/VAT Paid

The location of the two fields in the file definition area in the Shipping tab in DPD Ship@Ease Neo needs to match those in image below, i.e. immediately after the Exporter EORI No.

Ship@Ease Neo

When enabling IOSS options on DPD, every courier using the export type will need to have "Include IOSS Number" enabled especially UK couriers as that will force UK orders to have the relevant fields but they will be empty so they can be processed on DPD. Without this option UK orders will have 37 fields and EU will have 39 fields.

Importer EORI No

The new additional field Importer EORI No must be placed between the 'Ignore field' and 'Product details' lines:

Imported PID
