Consignments List Tab


Consignments is not enabled by default.
Training must be completed before using the consignments functionality.

Note: there will be additional costs involved if this option is enabled.

The Consignment List screen displays all consignments that have been setup and is used to manage the consignments and see details such as when they are due. This screen is read-only any changes must be made to the consignment in the [ Consignment | Detail | Consignment ] screen.

Filters

  • Supplier (Red Traffic Light Filter /Green Traffic Light Filter traffic light filter): filter for items based on supplier using the the green opening folder icon is normally linked to the opening of a dialog box that allows the user to browse and select a value or range of values icon to find the supplier.
  • Status: filter on the current status of the consignment.
  • Delivered: filter for consignments that are delivered or not.
  • Date From and Date To: defaults to a nine week date range.
    Note: the Go button must be used to populate the grid.

Grid

  • URN: the URN of the customer.
  • Name: the name of the customer.
  • Supplier URN: the URN of the supplier.
  • Supplier Name: the name of the supplier.
  • Status: the current status of the consignment.
  • C. Type: the container type.
  • Container No: the container number.
  • Vessel: the name of the ship or plane.
  • Port (Dep): the name of the departure port or airport, where the consignment is going from.
  • Port (Dis): the name of the discharge port or airport, where the consignment is going to.
  • Code: the consignment code.
  • # Pallets: the total number of pallets in the consignment.
  • # Cartons: the total number of cartons in the consignment.
  • Date Dep.: the date that the consignment was created.
  • Date Del.: the date the consignment is due to be delivered, by default one month from the Date Dep. date.

Context Menu

  • Goto Customer: opens the Customer record that the user is currently focused on.
  • Clear Selection: de-selects the currently selected line(s).
