How To: Print a Comment/Complaint Report

The Customer Comments/Complaints report lists comments and complaints by general and stock specific reasons. It is available from the [ Detail | CRM | Comments / Complaints ] screen and the CRM Manager Other Actions Menu.

From the Customer Screen

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Load the required customer record.
  3. Open the [ Detail | CRM | Comments / Complaints ] tab.
  4. Press Ctrl+P or click the printer icon is the button bar's PRINT button to print the report.
  5. Enable a date range filter if required, by setting the date range and clicking on the Red Traffic Light Filter to change it to Green Traffic Light Filter (if green, the filter is active).
  6. Click on 'OK'.
  7. In the Confirm popup "Print for this customer only?" select...
    • 'Yes' if the report is for the selected customer; or
    • 'No' if the report is for all customers.
  8. The report will be displayed.

From the CRM Manager Screen

  1. Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Press F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the  to open the 'Other Actions' menu.
  3. Open the Complaints (Cases) tab.
  4. Select Print and then Customer Comments / Complaints.
  5. Enable a date range filter if required, by setting the date range and clicking on the Red Traffic Light Filter to change it to Green Traffic Light Filter (if green, the filter is active).
  6. Click on 'OK'.
  7. The report will be displayed for all customer comments and complaints for the date range selected.

Note: the Complaint Summary report lists comments or complaints entered for stock items in the [ Customer | Detail | CRM | Comments/Complaints ] screen. The complaints are grouped by stock type, see How To: Print a Complaint Summary Report.
