How To: Mark an Action as Complete

  1. Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Click on the [ Appointments & Actions (Diary) ] tab.
  3. Select the day of the action from the calendar.
  4. Click in the action box in the grid (the small box in the top left will turn green).
  5. Click on the icon.
  6. The Action side bar will turn dark green, indicating that the action is complete.
