How To: Move an Unsuccessful Quotation back to Pending

To move an unsuccessful quote back to pending:

  1. Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Open the [ Quotes (Opportunities)] screen.
  3. Set the Status filter to Unsuccessful and turn the traffic light to green Green Traffic Light Filter   .
  4. Set the other filters to bring back the quotation you're interested in.
  5. Click on the 'Go' button.
  6. Focus on the quotation to be moved back to pending.
  7. Right-click and from the context menu select Mark selected Unsuccessful as Pending.
  8. In the confirm popup select 'Yes'.
