How To: Print the Trial Balance

The contents of the Trial Balance grid can be printed either for just green selected lines or for all the contents of the grid.

1. Open an Accounts screen (show me how).
2. Open the [ Nominal Accounts | Trial Balance ] tab.
3. Click on the button on the button bar.
4. In the Print dialog update the options as required then click on OK.
   
   

Note: the details of individual nominals can be printed see:

• How To: Print the Transaction Detail creates a report listing the transaction details for either the selected nominals or for the nominal whose detail is currently displayed for the selected date range.
• How To: Print the Journal Report creates a report for the nominal whose detail is currently displayed for the selected date range.
