How To: Redeem Reward Points in Sales Orders

In order for a customer to redeem reward points they must have accrued them by purchasing stock items that have reward points associated with them and also have enough reward points against their customer record.

  1. Create a Sales Order, see How To: Create a New Sales Order.
  2. Right-click in the grid.
  3. Select Rewards...
  4. Double-click on the item to add to the Sales Order (or if adding more than one stock item, green-select then double click).
    Note: the Rewards popup shows the total number of Reward Points the customer has.
  5. The stock items will be added free of charge to the Sales Order.

Note: the system will not allow the customer to have more items than they have Reward Points for.
