Stock Adjustment Reasons allows users to select an adjustment reason from those listed in the drop-down list when posting adjustments in the [[Stock Adjustments Adjustments Tab|<code>[&nbsp;Stock&nbsp;| Detail&nbsp;| Adjustments&nbsp;]</code>]] screen.
