How To: Setup a product bar against a customer class

Customers belonging to specific company classes can be prevented from buying stock items or groups of stock items by level 2 stock types.

1. Open a Promotion screen (show me how).
2. Open the [ Product Bars/Suggested | Classification ] tab.
3. Select the Company Classification from the drop down list at the top.
4. Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
5. For single stock items:
   1. Tick the checkbox on the left of the Product Bars grid.
   2. Press F3 or click to add a new item.
   3. Add the required items from the Stock Lookup dialog box.
6. For Stock Types:
   1. Tick the checkbox on the left of the Product Type Bars grid.
   2. Press F4.
   3. Double-click on the level 2 stock type from the list.
7. Repeat as necessary.
8. Press Ctrl+S or click to save.
