How To: Setup eBay Shipping Discount Profiles
Shipping Discount Profiles are used to setup promotional postage rates for example set the maximum amount a customer can pay for a offer special rates when customers buy more than one item, for more information see Shipping Discounts. There are several steps required to setting up your shipping discount profiles so they can be used when listing items via Khaos Control.
Step One - Define the discount profiles on eBay
In order to use the eBay shipping discount profiles for your items listed via Khaos Control, they must exist on eBay, see Offer combined postage / postage discounts.
Step Two - Contact Khaos Control Support
email Support so they can update the shipping discount profiles list in Khaos Control.
Step Three - Link the discount profiles to the listings
Once your Shipping Discount Profiles have been linked they will be available to use when setting up your Channel Type Values under the eBay option:
- Shipment Domestic Discount Profile: for your domestic profile.
- Shipment Int`l Profile: for your International profile.
