How To: View Customer Product Analysis

The products a customer has previously bought can be seen in the:

Customer Service Tab

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Load the required customer record.
  3. Open the [ Customer | Detail | Customer Service | Product Analysis ] tab.
  4. Select the required date range using the 'Date From' and 'Date To' drop down menus and then turn the traffic light filter to green (Optional).
  5. Select whether the results returned should be based on issued date, invoice date or order date by clicking the appropriate radio button.
  6. If you are looking for a specific stock type or stock code select the required options from the filters and turn the traffic lights on (green).
  7. Click the 'Go' button.

Notes:

  1. Users can see further information in regards to the sales order or sales invoice directly by right clicking on the required line and selecting the required option from the context menu, e.g. Goto Sales Order.
  2. A customer return can be created from this screen, see How To: Create a Return from a Customer Record.
  3. To view information for one sales order, drag the record from the grid into the SO Code field at the top of the [ Customer Service | Sales Orders / Invoices ] tab and click on the Go button.
  4. The SO Code and Inv Code filters can also be typed into manually.

Sales Order

  1. Create or open an existing sales order for the required customer.
  2. Click on the the History Matrix button button, enter a start date and period interval to display the information you require.

Sales Summary - Best Sellers

  1. Open a Sales Summary screen (show me how).
  2. In the [ Sales Summary | Best Sellers ] screen press the F4 filter button button.
  3. Select the date range.
  4. Add the URN filter.
  5. Click on the button and find and select the required customer.
  6. Click on OK to populate the grid with the items the customer has purchased.
