How To: View Customers with Outstanding Credits

There are two options for viewing the payments and credit notes are not allocated to invoices, both available from the [ Accounts | Nominal Accounts | Unallocated Transactions ] tab.

The first option allows you to see the basic information, however, using the Unallocated Report button gives you much better information and the grid can be filtered and allows you to write off credits en-masse.

Using the information in the Basic Grid

  1. Open an Accounts screen (show me how).
  2. Go to the [ Accounts | Nominal Accounts | Unallocated Transactions ] tab. The grid has the following information:
    • Date: of the invoice.
    • SP: (S) Sale or (P) Purchase.
    • Amount: the total amount.
    • Allocated: the amount that has been allocated.
    • Unallocated: the amount that is unallocated.
    • URN: of the customer or supplier.
    • Name: the name of the customer or supplier.
    • Class: the Company Class of the customer.

Note:
Double-clicking on an entry will open up the relevant customer record.
