How To: View Existing Gift Vouchers

For those clients having the Gift Voucher functionality enabled, existing vouchers can be viewed as follows:

1. Open a Promotion screen (show me how).
2. Go to the [ Voucher ] screen.
3. Update the date range as required.
4. Tick the Show All checkbox filter to display all vouchers or leave un-ticked to show those that have not been used.
5. Alternatively, to view a specific gift voucher enter the voucher code in the Voucher Code field at the top of the screen and press Enter.
