How To: View or alter existing SP Ledger entries

Once SP Ledger entries have been entered they cannot be amended. However, they can be duplicated with the corrected details and the original then deleted. We suggest the following procedure to do this:

  1. Open the [ Accounts | SP Ledger ] tab.
  2. Find the entry that you wish to alter using the filters at the top of the screen (ensure that the 'Show All' checkbox is ticked).
  3. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  4. Click on the BtnSPDuplicateRow.jpg button.
  5. Correct the new entry as appropriate.
  6. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save the SP Ledger entry
  7. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  8. Press Ctrl+Del or click the DELETE ITEM button has an icon that shows a sheet of paper with a red minus in the bottom left. to delete the original entry
  9. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save the SP Ledger entry



Any full or partial payment allocated to the SP Ledger will have to be unallocated otherwise the system will not allow the SP Ledger line to be deleted
