019137: Changes to Pack Boxes to auto-populate packing item

The Pack Boxes dialog will now pre-populate the Box packaging item from the System Values, Stock, Warehousing screen into the box area when the screen first opens up.

019132 Courier Integration: ParcelForce ExpressLink V14 as part of Brexit mapping

The ParcelForce ExpressLink integration has been updated from V5 to V14.

019101 Channels 2.0 - Allow users to control what information is sent up to channels for items through the Categories screen

Functionality has been added to the [ Channels 2.0 | Category ] screen that allows control of whether category information is constantly updated or not.
