Sales Returns - List tab

For the Other Action Menu options (press F9 or the Other Actions Menu on the Button Bar) see Sales Returns - Other Actions menu.

The [ Sales Returns | List ] screen displays the customer returns based on the selected filters.

The screen consists of the filters and the grid.

Note: the BtnGoX.jpg button must be pressed to populate the grid.

Sales Returns Filters

  • GO button: refreshes the grid and applies any filters that have been selected.
  • Return Code: the return code.
  • URN: returns for a specific customer.
  • SO Code: the sales order code.
  • Processed:
    • If Ticked ticked the grid will only displays all the returns that have been processed.
    • If Unticked unticked the grid will only display the returns that have not been processed.
  • Status: the status set in the returns document.
  • Date From & To (Red Traffic Light Filter /Green Traffic Light Filter traffic light filter): filter the returns in a specific date range.

Sales Returns Grid

  • Return:
    • Return Code: the return code.
    • Created: the date the return was created or processed.
  • Customer:
    • URN: the customer's or company's unique reference number.
    • Name: the customer's or company's name.
  • Sales Order:
    • Code: the original sales order code that is associated with the return.
  • Processed: if BtnTriStYesXP.jpg ticked, the return has been processed.

Sales Returns Grid Context Menu

  • Send To:
    • Not logged in: send the focused on customer return as a Document Notification to a user that is not currently logged in.
    • User List (displayed below the Not logged in option: send a Document Notification to a user that is currently logged in.
  • Goto Customer: opens the customer record that the user is currently focused on.
  • Goto Return Note: loads the return note that the user is currently focused on.
  • Goto Sales Order: opens the sales order that the user is currently focused on.
  • Custom Reports: generates Custom Reports based on report templates for the selected customer(s).
    • Report Preview: opens the custom reports folder, selecting a report will then preview it.
    • Add Selection to Reporting Pool: adds selected sales orders to the reporting pool.
    • Clear Reporting Pool: clears the reporting pool of previously added sales orders.
    • Report Designer: opens the custom reports report designer, selecting a report will then open it for editing.
      Note: this requires administrator-level permission.
    • Choose Reporting Pool Type: allows the selection of either 'Company' or 'Return' reports.
  • Colour Legend: opens the Colour Legend dialog.
  • Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
