System Data INCO Actions


Consignments is not enabled by default.
Training must be completed before using the consignments functionality.

Note: there will be additional costs involved if this option is enabled.

This screen is where all the process actions for the INCO Terms you had defined are setup. The basic international commercial transactions actions will be completed as part of the terms with your supplier. For example, DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) means pretty much everything is done for you, but FOB (Free On Board) will require you to arrange transport (shipping), pay for the duty and tax due, as well as all onward transport to your site.

Note: setting up INCO Actions is not mandatory but greatly enhances the functionality of the Consignments module.

INCO Actions Grid

  • INCO: the name of International Commercial Terms as setup in INCO Terms .
  • Action: The descriptive name of an action associated with an INCO Term, for example:
    • 01 Insurance
    • 02 Load to Truck
    • 03 Export Duty Payment
    • 04 Transport to exporter's port
    • 05 Unload from truck at port of origin
    • 06 Landing charges at port of origin
    • 07 Transport to importers port
    • 08 Landing charges at importer's port
    • 09 Unload onto trucks from the importer's port
    • 10 Transport to destination
    • 11 Entry Customs Cleared
    • 12 Entry Duties and Taxes

Note: by prefixing the action with a number the options will be displayed in the correct order otherwise they will be displayed in alphabetical order.

INCO Actions Context Menu

  • Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
  • Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
