The SCS Item Example Stock Codes and Descriptions are used to quickly create the SCS item code and description structure. If you create a lot of Size/Colour/Style stock items then it is advantageous to set the example codes to the most SCS common structure. The Stock tab sets the following values:

SCS Item Example Stock Code

(default=$SKCODE$-$E1$-$E2$-$E3$): Default example to define SCS item stock code when creating new SCS items.

SCS Item Example Stock Desc

(default=$DESC$ $E1$ / $E2$ / $E3$): Default example to define SCS item stock description when creating new SCS items.

Examples

$SKCODE$-$E1$ - TSHIRT-L
$DESC$ $E1$ - Tee-Shirt Large

$SKCODE$-$E1$-$E2$ - TSHIRT-L-R
$DESC$ $E1$ / $E2$ - Tee-Shirt Large / Red

$SKCODE$-$E1$-$E2$-$E3$ - TSHIRT-L-R-V
$DESC$ $E1$ / $E2$ / $E3$ - Tee-Shirt Large / Red / V-Neck
