How To: Copy an existing BOGOF
If you're creating a B.O.G.O.F. that's similar to one you've used before, you can save time by copying the existing promotion and then updating it as needed.
- Open the Promotion screen (show me how).
- Select the [ B.O.G.O.F ] tab.
- Find and open the B.O.G.O.F. you want to copy.
- Press F9, or click the down arrow next to Other Actions.
- Select Copy to new B.O.G.O.F..
A new B.O.G.O.F. will be created with the same header and item details as the original promotion. You can then make any changes you need.
Note: The new B.O.G.O.F. description will use the original description with (Copy) added at the beginning. You can change the description after the new B.O.G.O.F. has been created.
