Sales Summary - Management Reports Back Order Performance
The [ Back Order Performance ]
screen displays information about the % amount shipped per Sales Order placed by a Customer, as this is important when several items are out of stock and shipped as and when they are back into stock, causing shipping costs to increase. The user can highlight the % of orders which they consider to be too costly, by entering the minimum level acceptable into the 'Highlight %' box.
The screen consists of the top filters and the grid.
Filters

- SO Code ( / traffic light filter):
- Date From and Date To: look at the back orders within a specific date range.
- Highlight%: highlight shipments where less than X% was shipped (based on what was left to ship); the idea being that if there are too many shipments going out with low percentages, then these may be costing you too much in shipping charges.
- Show All (or only when there are multiple invoices) checkbox: only show Sales Orders that are part shipments, i.e. they have multiple Invoices records for them.
