How To: Create an EPOS Y Reading Receipt

The EPOS Y Reading report details the number of goods sold and returned including their values, the value of the cash drawer including all transaction types and finally the VAT analysis for the defined period. In addition to the EPOS X Reading, running the Y Reading resets the opening cash float as part of the operation.

1. Open the EPOS screen screen (show me how).
2. Click on the button in the EPOS KeyPOS User Panel.
3. Then click on the button in the Print EPOS Report... popup.
4. Choose the date and time range that you wish to report on
5. Click Ok to generate the Y Reading report.

The Y Reading report is limited by:

1. The Sales Source of the user who initially logged into Khaos Control.
2. The Site the user processed EPOS orders from.
