The following examples show how to configure your Stock Codes and Short Descriptions for your child items.
Note: the number of elements in your $SKCODE$ and $DESC$ must match the number of elements in your template.
Examples of Elements
Four Elements
- $SKCODE$-$E1$-$E2$-$E3$-$E4&$
- $DESC$ $E1$ / $E2$ / $E3$ / $E4$
Three Elements

Changing the Characters and Symbols between Element Values
The characters and spacing can between the elements can be changed from the default, for example if you are selling pens in different colours and quantities your short description elements ($DESC$ $E1$ / $E2$) could be changed to:
- $DESC$ colour $E1$ quantity $E2$
which would produce:
- Executive pen colour red quantity 10
- Executive pen colour red quantity 20
- Executive pen colour red quantity 20
instead of the default:
- Executive pen / red / 10
- Executive pen / red / 20
- Executive pen / red / 20
