How To: Save a Filter Set
To create saved filters:
- Open the relevant Khaos Control screen.
- Define the filters that you wish to save.
- Click on the Filter Management button on the Button Bar.
- Select
Save Current Filters
from the drop down menu. - Enter an appropriate name in the
Save Filters
dialog.
Note: when retrieving filter sets, the ones you have created are displayed on the menu by default. Other users filters are also accessible via a sub-menu. - Click 'OK'.
- If the filter set includes a date range, select either 'Yes' or 'No' to saving the filters using dates relative to the current date.
Note: selecting 'Yes' results in the dates being relative to today's date whenever the saved filter is selected. For example, if you set up your filters in the Sales Orders screen to show sales for the previous week, the last weeks' worth of sales relative to today's date will be displayed when the saved filter is selected.
