How To: View a Previous Stock Transfer Report

When stock is transferred between sites in Khaos Control, a Stock Transfer Report is created as part of the process. You can view and print these reports at any time using either the transfer date or a specific Group Transfer ID.
Note: This process is only suitable for Non-warehouse Controlled Systems
Open the Transfer Report
- Open a Stock screen (show me how).
- Open the [ Adjustments | Adjustments ] screen.
- Change the Adjust Type to Transfer.
- Click the Transfer Report button on the Button Bar.
Configure the Report
In the Transfer Report window, choose the criteria you want to report on.
Filter by Transfer Date
To view transfers that took place on a specific date or within a date range:
- Select the required date or date range.
- Leave the date filter enabled.
If you do not want to filter by date, set the date filter traffic light to Ignore.
Filter by Group Transfer ID
To view a specific transfer group:
- Select the required Group Transfer ID from the drop-down list.
- Set the traffic light filter to Include.
Note: If you do not want to filter by Group Transfer ID, leave the traffic light filter set to Ignore.
Choose How to Display the Report
Select one of the following display options:
- Stock Item
- Source Site
- Destination Site
This determines how the transfer information is grouped within the report.
Print Labels (Optional)
If required, select the label format you would like to print alongside the report.
Note: Labels must be configured before they can be used. For setup instructions, see How To: Set Up Labels.
Generate the Report
- Click OK.
- The Transfer Report will be displayed.
- Review the report and print it if required.
Additional Information
- Transfer reports provide a historical record of stock movements between sites.
- You can report on all transfers within a date range or focus on a specific transfer using the Group Transfer ID filter.
- Grouping by Stock Item, Source Site, or Destination Site can make it easier to analyse stock movements and audit transfer activity.
- Optional labels can be printed alongside the report when label formats have been configured in advance.
