Overview
The Site Stock report provides a consolidated view of stock holdings and sales performance across multiple sites.
When using Sites, this report makes it easy to compare stock levels, sales activity and product availability across your locations from a single screen.
The report can help you:
- Compare stock holdings across sites.
- Review sales performance by site.
- Identify stock shortages or surpluses.
- Monitor available stock.
- Analyse sales trends over a selected date range.

Note: For information about the Other Actions menu, press F9 or see Accounts Other Actions Menu.
How the Report Works
The Site Stock report contains:
- Filter options at the top of the screen.
- A results grid showing stock and sales information.
After selecting your filters, click Go to populate the report.
Site Stock Filters
Sites
Select one or more sites to include in the report.
- Your current site is selected by default.
- Multiple sites can be selected for comparison.
Date From and Date To
Defines the date range used when calculating sales figures.
By default:
- Date To = Today's date
- Date From = One month before today's date
Note: The date range only affects sales figures. Stock quantities always show the current stock position for the selected sites.
Stock Type
Use the traffic light stock type filter to restrict results to specific Level 2 Stock Types.
Show Stock
Default: Ticked
When enabled, the report displays stock holdings for the selected sites.
When unticked, stock columns are hidden.
Show Sales
Default: Ticked
When enabled, the report displays sales figures for the selected sites based on sales orders created within the selected date range.
When unticked, sales columns are hidden.
Discontinued
Default: Unticked
This tri-state filter allows you to:
- Show only discontinued items.
- Exclude discontinued items.
- Include both active and discontinued items.

Run to Zero
Default: Unticked
This tri-state filter allows you to:
- Show only Run to Zero items.
- Exclude Run to Zero items.
- Include all items regardless of status.

Quantity or Value
Choose how stock and sales figures are displayed.
Quantity
Displays physical quantities.
Value
Displays financial values.
When Value is selected:
- Stock values are calculated using the current Stock Value.
- Sales values are calculated using the current Sell Price.
Both values are taken from:
Note: Current stock values and sell prices are used at the time the report is run.

Understanding the Site Stock Grid
The report grid displays stock and sales information for each stock item.
Stock Code
The unique stock code for the item.
Description
The stock item's description.
Type
The stock item's Level 2 Stock Type.
Buy Price
The current buy price from:
Sell Price
The current sell price from:
Stock Val
The current stock value from:
Site Columns
The number of site columns displayed depends on how many sites are selected.
For each selected site, the report shows:
Site Name
The site being reported on.
Stock
Current stock held at that site.
Sales
Sales recorded for that site within the selected date range.
Total Sk
Displays the total stock quantity or value across all selected sites.
Total Sa
Displays the total sales quantity or value across all selected sites.
On Order
The quantity currently on Purchase Order for the current site.
Assigned
The quantity currently assigned to Sales Orders for the current site.
Available
Displays the quantity available for sale.
Calculation
(Total Stock - Assigned)
This helps identify how much stock is immediately available to fulfil new orders.
Context Menu Options
Right-click within the results grid to access additional options.
Go To Stock Item
Opens the selected stock item in:
This is useful when investigating stock levels, prices or product details.
Clear Selection
Removes any selected rows from the grid.
