The Customer Import screen provides advanced tools for importing and maintaining customer and supplier records held within the Company, Address and Contact tables in Khaos Control.
These tools are designed for experienced users and can make significant changes to your data. Before using them, make sure you understand the process and have taken the appropriate precautions.

Customer Import is an Advanced User feature.
Before performing any import:
- Read the import process documentation in full.
- Review all instructions carefully before continuing.
- Create a backup of your Khaos Control database.
- Ideally, ensure all users are logged out of Khaos Control while the import is being carried out.
