How To: Change a Telesale Rule Condition

 Telesales Rules is an Advanced User feature.
  1. Press Alt+E or click the green triangle icon is the buttonbar's EDIT button to enter edit mode.
  2. Focus on the condition you wish to change in the tree to the left:
    Condition highlighted in TR screen that you wish to change
  3. Change the options in the Condition Detail area on the right:
    • IF ANY detail area in Condition Detail options area in telesale rule:
      • UNTICKED: all of the conditions must be met before the rule is applied.
      • TICKED: if any of the conditions are met then apply the rule.
    • IF TRUE detail area in Condition Detail options area in telesale rule:
      • TICKED: if the condition is true then apply the rule.
      • UNTICKED: if the condition is false then apply the rule.
