How To: Delete a Telesale Rule Condition

 Telesales Rules is an Advanced User feature.
  1. Make sure you are not in Edit Mode.
  2. Focus on the condition description you wish to delete in the tree to the left:
    Condition highlighted in TR screen
  3. Click on the Delete button in Condition Detail Area button.
  4. Click Yes in the warning message.
    Note: this operation cannot be undone.
