How To: Export a Stock Status XML Report for Selected Stock Items

  1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
  2. Use the filters as necessary to display items in the list tab's grid.
  3. Green select the Stock Items you wish to report on.
  4. Display the drop-down 'Other Actions' menu either by pressing F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the green circle with a white cross icon at the top of the button bar.
  5. Select 'Export' from the 'Other Actions' menu.
  6. Select 'XML Stock Status (Selected)' from the fly-out menu.
  7. A 'Stock Status XML Export' dialog box will appear, select the destination and name the XML.
  8. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save the generated XML file to disk.
