How To: Move an Unsuccessful Quotation back to Pending
To move an unsuccessful quote back to pending:
- Open a CRM Manager screen .
- Open the
[ Quotes (Opportunities)]
screen. - Set the Status filter to Unsuccessful and turn the traffic light to green .
- Set the other filters to bring back the quotation you're interested in.
- Click on the 'Go' button.
- Focus on the quotation to be moved back to pending.
- Right-click and from the context menu select
Mark selected Unsuccessful as Pending
. - In the confirm popup select 'Yes'.
