CRM Manager

CRM Management is an important part of any business. With this in mind, Khaos Control (CRM Software) has been designed to:

1. Track user contact with your company.
2. Manage and review current (pending), won (successful) and lost (unsuccessful) opportunities (quotes) for both the whole system and for individual customers.
3. Easy creation of appointments, actions, task lists, etc with reminders used to alert users to their own tasks.
4. Manage quotations and review conversion rates.
5. Review and manage comments and complaints.
