How To: Change the time of an Appointment or Action

  1. Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Click on the [ Appointments & Actions (Diary) ] tab.
  3. Select the day of the appointment or action from the calendar.
  4. There are four methods of changing the time of an appointment:
    1. Click and drag the top or bottom of the entry up or down to the new start or end time.
    2. Click on the grey bar at the top of the appointment and drag to the new time.
    3. Click on the on the BtnResize.jpg in the bottom right of the appointment or action. In the Resize Item dialog enter the new end time.
    4. Click on the BtnMoveandCopy.jpg button. With the Move radio button selected enter the new time for the appointment.

Note: if there are related appointments they will be moved together to the new time.
