How To: Assign a Company to an Appointment or Action

  1. Open a CRM Manager screen (show me how).
  2. Click on the [ Appointments & Actions (Diary) ] tab.
  3. Select the day for of the appointment or action from the calendar.
  4. Click in the appointment or action box in the grid (the small box in the top left will turn green).
  5. Click the BtnAssignCompany.jpg button.
  6. Click the the green opening folder icon is normally linked to the opening of a dialog box that allows the user to browse and select a value or range of values button or press F8.
  7. Use the filters to locate the company.
  8. Double click on the company.
  9. Select the correct contact from the drop-down selection.
  10. Click 'OK'.
