CRM Manager Other Actions Menu
Display the drop-down 'Other Actions' menu either by pressing F9 or clicking the down arrow immediately to the right of the 
green circle with a white cross icon at the top of the button bar. The following functions are available:
- Holiday Booking: opens the Holiday Booking Utility Dialog allowing the user to enter blocks of dates for holidays in the dairy.
- Print (Complaints tab only):
- Customer Comments/Complaints: this report lists comments and complaints by general and stock specific reasons, see How To: Print a Comment/Complaint Report.
- Complaint Summary: prints the 'Complaint Summary' report for the period selected. It lists all complaints entered in the
[ Customer | Detail | CRM | Comments/Complaints ]screen. The complaints are grouped by stock type, see How To: Print a Complaint Summary Report.
