How To: Print an Envelope

  1. Open a Customer screen (show me how).
  2. Load the required customer record.
  3. Open the [ Customer | Detail | Address ] tab.
  4. Click on the Address in the upper grid, and then select the Contact from the lower grid.
  5. Press the button.
  6. Select the printer you wish to print the envelope from.
    Note: this will require setting up prior the printing.
    1. Select the number of envelopes required.
    2. Click "OK" to print the envelope to the selected printer.


The address on the envelope will print with the following customer details:

Contact Name [1]
Company Name [1]
Address Line 1
Address Line 2
Locality
Town
County
Post Code
Country [2]

Notes

  1. ? 1.0 1.1 If the Contact and Company name are identical then only one will be displayed.
  2. ? Country is only printed if not "United Kingdom"
