How To: Use the Feedback Tab when using Xero


Pending Export to Xero

Any information which is pending export will be detailed in the top grid under the Export tab in the Xero integration screen. It's possible to mark any rows on this grid as exported, which will move the item(s) down to the Successfully Exported grid below and stop Khaos Control sending this information over to Xero. To do this:

  1. Green select the relecant lines in the grid.
  2. Right-click one of the selected lines.
  3. Select 'Mark as Exported'.

On the grid in the middle of the screen, it's possible to see the list of information which has been successfully exported to Xero. The grid shows what type of information has been exported (such as Company, Invoice or Stock Item), the export date and whether the exported item has been seen by Xero (as indicated by a tick on the right of the grid).
Note: If an item is manually marked as exported from the Pending Export grid, it will appear in this grid, but will not be ticked, which indicates that Xero has not seen this information.

To view the information on the exported grid in Xero:

  1. Green select the row in the grid for the item you wish to view in Xero.
  2. Right-click the selected line.
  3. Select 'Goto Xero Document'.

Feedback on Problems Grid

The final grid at the bottom of the Export tab outlines any issues Khaos Control had when attempting to export the information specified to Xero. This could show, for example, that a Sales Invoice could not be exported as the Stock Item could not be found in Xero.
