System Data Agents
Agents can be linked to customers or sales orders and are entitled to a percentage commission as specified in [ System Data | Stock Types | Level 2: Types ], see How To: Setup and Use Agents.

Note: the Agent who is assigned to the Sales Order takes precedence over the one assigned in the company record.
Agents Grid
- Agent Name: the name of the agent which will appear in the drop-down list.
- Hide: if ticked the agent will not be available in the Agent drop-down filters in the system, however they can be seen by right-clicking on the drop down and selecting 'Show All'. They will also be visible in all historical information such as documents and reports.
- Email: the agent's email address.
Agents Context Menu
- Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
- Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
