How to Set Up Sample Tracking Using Keycodes

Sample tracking allows you to monitor the distribution of product samples sent to prospective customers. By linking a Catalogue to a Keycode, you can use the Catalogue Request functionality to record and track sample activity more effectively.

Before You Begin

You will need to create a sample Catalogue before setting up the Keycode.
For guidance, see How To: Create a Catalogue.

    2. Open a Promotion screen (show me how).
    3. Press Ctrl + N or click the New button.
    4. Enter a Keycode in the Code field.
      Example: ST1
    5. Enter a description in the Description field.
