How To: Apply Up and Cross Sell settings to items in the Level 2 Stock Type

To add the same Up / Cross Sell settings across all stock items within the same Level 2 Stock Type, for example an instruction leaflet:

1. Open a Stock screen (show me how).
2. Find and load the item that is added to the sales order to prompt the Up Sell / Cross Sell to be triggered.
3. Open the [ Detail | Up/Cross Sell ] tab.
4. Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
5. Click on the Click or press F3 to add a new item.
6. Find and load the stock items you wish to add as either the Up or Cross Sell and add them to the grid, for example the instruction leaflet.
7. Configure the Up or Cross Sell in the Auto Price columns. These are the settings that will be applied across the Level 2 Stock Type.
8. Press Ctrl+S or click to save.
9. Right click in the grid and select Apply to Stock Type.
10. Select the Level 2 Stock Type and click 'OK'.
11. In the Warning popup This will DELETE the existing up sell / cross sell configuration against items in the stock type selected. Continue? click on 'Yes'.
12. In the next warning message This operation is irreversible. 'X' stock items will be affected. Are you sure? Select 'Yes'.
13. A final message will inform the user that the operation is complete and how many items were affected. Click on 'OK'.

Notes:

1. This will delete everything already configured as an Up Sell / Cross Sell against the stock items in this stock type and replace them with the Up Sell / Cross Sell configuration of the current stock item.
2. All the stock items in the Level 2 Stock Type selected will be automatically listed the bottom grid of the item being added to their [ Detail | Up/Cross Sell ] tab, in this example the leaflet.
3. All of the Level 2 Stock Items will list the item being automatically added in the upper grid in their [ Detail | Up/Cross Sell ] tab.
