Journal Templates List Tab

The Journal Templates List tab contains a list of journal templates. The screen consists of the filters and the grid.

Classification/Group ( / traffic light filter): filter by journal template classification.
Interval ( / traffic light filter): view journal templates that have a specific interval, for example month, week.
Show All (or only not ended) checkbox (default=ticked): display the active journal templates that have not ended.
Date From and Date To ( / traffic light filter): filters the grid by date range.

Classification: journal template classification.
Description: journal description.
Type: the type of the journal for example recurring, reversing pre-payment or reversing accrual.
Started: date journal template first applied.
Interval: frequency at which journal applied (e.g. once, weekly etc.)
Count: number of times journal is to be applied.
Ended: the date the journal template finished.
Notes: any notes written against the journal template.
