Sales Summary - Suppliers Supplier Performance

Overview

The Supplier Performance screen displays the performance of suppliers comparing the amount of stock that is delayed or not delivered. This information can be refined by adding filters to view the information for example by individual supplier, per stock type or stock code.

Supplier Performance Screen

The Supplier Performance Tab consists of two areas:

• Filter Bar: contains the filters to refine the results in the grid.
• Supplier Performance Results Grid: displays the results according to the filters set.
  
  

Filter Bar

• Go: press the Go button to populate the grid based on the filters.
• Filter
  • Ordered After: used in conjunction with the date drop-down to filter on purchase orders created after a specific date.
  • Supplier ( / traffic light filter): allows the user to filter by individual supplier using the button to find the required supplier.
  • Site ( / traffic light filter): filter by site if using more than site.
    Note: this is the site the Purchase Order was raised not the site the stock is delivered to.
  • Stock Type ( / traffic light filter): the level 2 Stock Type.
  • Stock Code ( / traffic light filter): allows the user to filter by an individual stock item using the button to find the required item.
• Average Undelivered, Underdelivered or Delayed:
  • At least X days ( / traffic light filter): filter the results by the average delivered or undelivered days are equal to or greater than the amount being filtered on.
  • At least X % ( / traffic light filter): to filter the results by the average percentage of undelivered, under-delivered or delayed stock items is equal to or greater then the amount being filtered on.
  • Expected Delivery Date (default): base the results on the date the stock items are expected to be delivered.
  • PO Creation Date: base the results on the date the Purchase Order was created.
    Notes:

1. Only Suppliers with these filter values or higher will be returned.
2. The days and % filters are traffic light filters and work on the average value for the supplier.

Supplier Performance Results Grid

• Code: the supplier URN.
• Name: the name of the supplier.
• Min/Av/Max Undelivered Delay (Days): the minimum, average and maximum levels in days of the delay for the stock items that have not been delivered. The system calculates this figure by comparing the Purchase Orders Required date against today.
• Min/Av/Max Delivered Delay (Days): the minimum, average and maximum levels in days for the stock items whose delivery has been delayed. The system calculates this figure by comparing the Purchase Order stock items due date against the Delivery Note date.
• Min/Av/Max Underdelivered Delay (%): the minimum, average and maximum levels as a percentage of the delay for the stock items that are undelivered.

Grid Results

• The suppliers with a better performance, delivering all the items ordered on or before the required by date, will display either 0/0/0 or ---.
• Poor performing suppliers will display large values for under-delivered days and percentages.
• Negative percentages indicate over deliveries.
