System Data Card Integration Accounts

Introduction

The Card Integration screen is used to configure how credit card payment integrations behave within Khaos Control.
It supports integrations such as:
  • Pay360
  • Stripe
  • Other supported payment service providers (PSPs)
The settings on this screen control how payment authorisations, tokenisation and part-shipment payments are handled.

Card Integration Grid

The Card Integration screen contains the following fields.

Account No

A unique account number automatically generated by Khaos Control.

Name

The name used to identify the payment integration.

Integration Type

The type of payment integration.
Examples include:
  • Pay360
  • Klarna
  • Stripe
The options available depend on the integrations enabled in your system.

Token Swap

Determines whether payments are transmitted using payment tokens rather than card details.
The availability and behaviour of this option depend on the payment service provider being used.

Copy PreAuth to Following Payments

Allows pre-authorisation information to be reused when taking additional payments against the same order.
This is particularly useful when:
  • Orders are dispatched in multiple shipments.
  • Payments need to be captured across several deliveries.

PreAuth Full Order Value

When enabled, the full value of the order is pre-authorised at the time the payment is created.
This can help ensure sufficient funds are available before goods are dispatched.

Context Menu Options

Configure

Opens the Integration Options dialog.
This dialog contains the provider-specific settings required to configure and manage the selected payment integration.

Apply Value Range

Allows you to apply the same value to all selected rows within the active column.

Clear Selection

Removes the current selection from the grid.

Additional Information

The available configuration options may vary depending on the payment provider selected. Before enabling advanced features such as tokenisation or pre-authorisation processing, ensure that your payment service provider supports the required functionality.
