Company Status
Introduction
Company Statuses allow you to categorise companies within Khaos Control based on their relationship or current trading status.
Common examples include Active, Dormant, and Prospect, helping users quickly identify the status of a customer, supplier, or prospect.
By default, Khaos Control includes the following statuses:
- Active
- Dormant
- Not Defined
A company's status can be viewed or updated in the Company | Detail | General screen.
Note: Changing a company's status is for information and reporting purposes only. It does not prevent orders from being created or processed against that company.

These statuses can help users filter, report on, and manage different groups of companies more efficiently.
