System Data Lost Demand Reasons
Lost Demand Reasons force a user to select the reason for an item being Lost Demanded, the reasons are setup in this grid. This screen must be enabled in [ System Values | Sales - Order Display | Use Lost Demand Reasons ] before it can be seen, see How To: Use Lost Demand Reasons.
Reason Grid
- Reason (max 50 characters) : the reason why the customer lost demanded an item on a sales order. This is mandatory when using structured cancellation reasons.
Reason Grid Context Menu
- Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
- Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
