System Data SCS Element Preset
SCS Element Preset
Users can be forced to use predefined SCS elements and values when setting up SCS items.
Note: Restrict SCS Element Values must be 
ticked within [ System Operations | Edit System Values | Stock | SCS ] before this option will become available.
The user first defines the caption for each element in this screen and then they are then available to use in the [ System Data | SCS Element Stock Preset ] screen where the individual element values and stock code values are defined, for example:

SCS Element Preset Grid
- Element Caption: the caption for the element located under the Element grids in the SCS dialog, for example Size, Colour, Width, Pack Size etc.
SCS Element Preset Context Menu
- Apply Value Range: allows the user to specify a value that is to be applied to all of the currently selected rows/items for the current column.
- Clear Selection: deselects the currently selected line(s).
