Khaos Control can support Unicode characters in selected areas of the system, allowing you to store and export information that contains non-English characters and international text.

Important: Unicode support is not enabled by default.If you would like to use Unicode in the areas listed below, please contact the Khaos Control Support Team for assistance.

The following fields and screens support Unicode characters when Unicode has been enabled:
Exporting Unicode Data
Information entered using Unicode characters can be exported to XML files, allowing international character sets to be maintained when transferring data between systems.
Additional Information
- Unicode support is useful when working with international customers, suppliers or product information that contains non-English characters.
- Once enabled, supported fields can store and display a wide range of Unicode character sets.
- XML exports preserve Unicode data, helping ensure information remains accurate when integrated with external systems.
