Overview
Khaos Control has been updated to make manual returns easier when working with pack or move items.When you manually add a pack header item to a return, Khaos Control will now automatically add any associated child items to the return at the same time.This helps ensure all items within the pack are returned correctly and reduces the need to add child items manually.Note: This functionality only applies to pack or move header items that are manually added to a return.

What's Changed?
When creating a manual return and selecting a pack or move header item from the stock lookup:- The parent item is added to the return.
- All associated child items are automatically added to the return.
This reduces manual data entry and helps ensure pack contents are returned accurately.

Important Information
This enhancement only applies to manually added return items.The following processes remain unchanged:- Returns created from an existing Sales Order continue to add only the pack header item.
- EPOS returns continue to add only the parent item.
- Existing pack return behaviour remains unchanged outside of manual returns.

Creating a Manual Return
- Open the Returns list.
- Click New (Ctrl + N) to create a new manual return.
- Add a pack or move parent item using the stock lookup.
- Confirm the item selection.

to the return.
