How To: Add A Contact
- Open a Customer screen .
- Load the required customer record.
- Press Alt+E or click to enter edit mode.
- Open the
[ Customer | Detail | Address ]
tab. - Focus on the address that new new contact is to be linked to in the upper Customer Address Details grid.
- Click the New Item button in the bottom left section of the screen.
- Enter the 'Title', 'Forename' and 'Surname' of the contact in the fields provided.
- Enter any other relevant details.
- Press Ctrl+S or click to save the record.
Notes:
- Trailing spaces are trimmed on contact and address fields when the new record is saved.
- Please read the information contained in the Customer Address tab in regards to the implications of adding, amending or deleting contact / address details.
