How To: Book Items into the System contained on a Pallet is not enabled by default.

This development is not be available via the HHT goods in operation.

An individual pallet can be booked in on a GRN along with all the items it contains. This assumes that your supplier sends the goods to you on a pallet which they have barcoded and they provide a packing list with a list of which barcodes match each pallet.

  1. Open a Goods Received Note screen (show me how).
  2. Create a new GRN.
  3. In the 'Pallet' field in the top right, enter the barcode for the pallet:

  4. Press Ctrl+S or click the disk icon is the button bar's SAVE button to save the GRN.
  5. Repeat for all pallets that you're expecting.
  6. Open the GRN List screen:
    1. Click on the pallet button in the GRN List screen button.
    2. Scan the pallet barcode into the popup:

  7. The GRN opens for the scanned 'Pallet' number.
  8. Process the GRN as normal.
